These terms and conditions govern the use of the Villa Magnolia website and the booking services for our holiday home.
A reservation is considered valid after we send a formal offer and receive a deposit (advance payment) of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival or via bank transfer before arrival.
If the guest cancels the reservation more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded (minus transaction fees). For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
The maximum number of guests is 6. Pets are allowed upon prior notice to the host. The additional fee for pets is 10 € per night per pet, payable upon arrival. The guest is fully responsible for any damage or need for professional cleaning caused by the pet.
According to Croatian law, the host is required to register all guests in the national tourist registration system **eVisitor**. To comply with this regulation, guests are required to provide the following details for all persons staying in the villa: Full name, date and place of birth, nationality, and identity document number.
Note: You can either send a photo of your ID or passport or provide the required information in text format (via email or WhatsApp).
Upon arrival at the villa, guests are required to leave a security deposit in the amount of 500 € in cash. This deposit serves as insurance for any potential damage caused to the property or its inventory during the stay.
The deposit will be fully refunded at the time of check-out after a joint inspection of the premises, provided that no damage has occurred.
